総合相模更生病院を基幹事業として医療と福祉が一体となる 社会福祉法人ワゲン福祉会が運営する 都市型軽費老人ホーム「ワゲン本所」にて、 施設長を募集します。 入居者様の生活を支える施設運営を軸に、 職員と連携しながら安定した施設マネジメントを 担っていただくポジションです。 医療と福祉を両輪とする法人ならではの安定した基盤のもと、 現場に寄り添いながら、 無理のない運営体制づくりに取り組めます。 \ワゲン本所で働く魅力/ 総合相模更生病院を母体とする社会福祉法人が運営 都市型軽費老人ホームで、落ち着いた環境 職員数9名の小規模施設で、現場との距離が近い 法人本部と連携した運営体制で、一人で抱え込まなくてOK 管理職として、現場の声を活かした施設運営が可能 【ワゲン本所について】 2012年に開所した都市型軽費老人ホームです。 定員20名、完全個室で日常生活上の相談や助言、社会生活上の便宜、 健康管理などのサービスを提供し、入居者様の自立を支援します。 【職場について】 職員数9名のコンパクトな施設で、 現場との距離が近く、状況を把握しやすい環境です。 日々の運営は、職員同士で役割を分担しながら行っており、 施設長として現場とコミュニケーションを取りながら マネジメントを行っていただけます。

【仕事内容】
【業務内容】 都市型軽費老人ホーム「ワゲン本所」にて、 施設全体の運営を担う施設長としてご活躍いただきます。 施設運営・マネジメント ・施設運営全般の管理・改善 ・職員の育成、教育・研修の企画・実施 ・人事・労務管理(委託業者と連携)、勤務体制の調整 ・運営費・補助金に関する管理、収支の把握(法人本部と連携) 事務・管理業務 ・経理・財務・収支管理(実務は法人本部と分担) ・建物・設備・備品の管理 ・防火管理、水害対策、BCP(事業継続計画)の運用・管理 連携・調整業務 ・行政や関係機関との連絡・調整 ・法人内他拠点(病院・福祉施設等)との連携 現場サポート(必要時) 職員の有休取得や急な欠員時に、 現場業務の一部をサポートいただく場合があります (食事準備・片付け、巡回、記録作成、清掃等) ※常態的な介護業務ではありません

【正職員】月給 350,000円 〜 400,000円
【給与の備考】
※基本給は経験・年齢・資格を考慮のうえ、当院規程により決定いたします。 ・通勤手当(上限30,000円) ・扶養手当 5,000円~(扶養親族の人数による) ・住宅手当 賃貸の場合上限15,000円 自己所有の場合2,500円 ・オンコール手当(19時~翌7時)1,500円/回 ・年末年始手当(12/29~1/3勤務従事者)3,000円/回 昇給あり 賞与あり(6・12月)前年度実績2.6カ月分

【勤務時間】

精神保健福祉士 #社会福祉士 #社会福祉主事 【応募に必要な資格】 次のいずれかの資格をお持ちの方 ・社会福祉士 ・社会福祉主事 ・精神保健福祉士 ・社会福祉施設長資格認定講習 【必要な経験】 ・社会福祉事業(高齢者福祉施設等)での実務経験が2年以上ある方 ・限られた人員や予算の中で、 現場と連携しながら施設運営に関わってきたご経験のある方 ・職員や利用者の相談対応を行いながら、円滑な組織運営を意識して行動できる方 ・介護の基本的な知識・理解をお持ちの方 【必要なスキル】 基本的なPCスキル(Word/Excel) \こんな方におすすめ/ ・介護・福祉施設で管理や調整業務を担ってきた方 ・現場と近い距離で施設運営をしたい方 ・無理のない環境で、管理職として長く働きたい方
