研修充実で安心スタート

入社後は2カ月間の研修期間を設け、解析ソフトの操作方法から解析に必要な専門知識まで、基礎から応用まで段階的に習得できます。その後はOJTを通じて実務経験を積み、一人前のCAEエンジニアとして成長していただきます。

※東京勤務の場合・480万/未婚25歳:月給270,000円+住宅手当+時間外勤務手当+賞与・570万/既婚30歳/副主任:月給340,000円+住宅手当+時間外勤務手当+賞与+役職手当+子供手当・680万/既婚35歳/主 任:月給390,000円+住宅手当+時間外勤務手当+賞与+役職手当+子供手当

※時間外勤務手当は15hを想定。
