Overview
We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst (1st Line Plus) to deliver high-touch, in a professional services/enterprise environment.
This role requires strong technical capability combined with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, particularly when supporting senior executives and partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1st line plus support across Microsoft, Apple, and mobile platforms
Troubleshoot Office 365 and Microsoft Teams issues
Support device builds, rebuilds, and provisioning
Resolve networking issues (basic to intermediate level)
Manage incidents and requests using ServiceNow
Maintain accurate knowledge base documentation
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

Networking fundamentals (Meraki knowledge preferred)
