IT Service Desk Analyst- O365, Azure, Intune, VIP support- Tokyo, Japan
Contract role, Duration- 12 months
Hybrid role
(This is 3 days' work from the office in Tokyo + 2 days work from home every week)
The role is with a Global Management Consultancy for an IT Service Desk Analyst based in Tokyo.
Should be experienced in most of the following:-
Need to be experienced in supporting Senior execs (white glove support for partners/ VIP support
Office 365 support
Azure, Intune
Top desk or ServiceNow
Network troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki: reasonable understanding)
Hardware (Lenovo, HP)
Mobile devices, Mac OS, JAMF, TeamViewer, rebuilding devices
Teams' troubleshooting,
Knowledge management
Conversational Japanese required
