Randstad Japan is partnered with with one of the largest Financial Services firm globally and we are looking for a candidate that possesses strong skills on trading support, knowledge of market finance and trading business, and Front-Office work experience.
Through this role you will have the opportunity to work in an international team of brilliant IT professionals and support the firm's traders on improving their daily work-flow and optimizing their processes.

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be a welcoming and service oriented first point of contact for IT service requests as well as perform regular follow ups with users in order to ensure user satisfaction
Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support for queries and issues related to Windows computer systems, software, hardware, printers, mobile phones.
● Provide Support for Front Office and Back Office applications
● Manage Service Desk requests and liaise with other internal teams and external providers in order to fulfill requests.
● Respond to queries in person, over the phone, by email, by ticketing system.
● Be proactive in documenting and researching solutions either online or through internal channels for technical issues.
● User account creation, account provisioning, account management
● Perform daily Service Desk morning checks and identify, report any abnormal issues
● Deploy software and windows updates to workstations and laptops
● Image, deploy or setup new workstations, laptops and Mobile Phones for users
This role does not require many years of experience, and can be an excellent opportunity to start a career in Investment Banking and one of the most interesting areas, the Front-Office
Qualifications:
● Fluent Japanese
● Business level English
● Over 2 years' experience in user support
●Dedicated to quality service

● Sharp Troubleshooter
The following would be a big plus:
● Experience in Front Office support
● Experience with Japanese users
● Knowledge of Virtual environments
● Basic understanding of Active Directory
● Understanding of basic Network topologies
● Knowledge of Application Packaging and deployment
● Knowledge of PowerShell of other scripting languages.
