Bilingual Business Analyst / Technical Analyst - Global IT Insurance Company - 〔Professional Haken/contract]
■Responsibilities
As part of our client's business analysis tasks, you will provide comprehensive support for IT projects and development work.
The specific responsibilities include:
・Conducting thorough investigations and analyses (Business Analysis Tasks) to support IT initiatives.
・Assessing the current state of the assigned business operations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
・Analyzing both operational and system-related challenges and developing actionable improvement plans.
・Defining Business Requirements.
・Designing UI / user interface screens that meet the defined business requirements and enhance user experience.
・Collaborating closely with offshore development teams and system analysts to ensure that business requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
・Testing and validating system functionalities to ensure they meet the specified business requirements.
・Performing any additional tasks that are related to the above responsibilities to ensure the successful completion of the project.
■Requirements
・Japanese and English: Business Level or above (Read/Write/Speak).
・Strong communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.
・Demonstrated experience in integrating analytical information.
・At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field (Business, IT, Database, etc.).
・Technical proficiency with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Experience in documentation management or as a business analyst.
・Project and Stakeholder Management experience.
