コンサルティング事業部メンバー
当社は顧客の戦略立案から開発・実装までを一気通貫で担うため、単なるコード書きではなく、
「ビジネス課題を解決するための技術実装」に挑戦していただきます。
メンター社員(コンサルタント兼エンジニア)のサポートのもと、以下のステップでプロジェクトに参画します。
【業務内容】
1.オンボーディング & データ理解
開発環境の構築、ドキュメント整備
プロジェクトで使用するデータの抽出・加工・可視化(SQL / Pythonなど)
既存アルゴリズムやシステムロジックの解析と、軽微な改修
技術スタックだけでなく、顧客が抱える「ビジネス課題」と「データの構造」を理解します。
2.仮説検証(PoC) & プロトタイピング
アルゴリズムの精度検証・改善(例:RAGの回答精度を高めるためのプロンプト調整やデータクレンジング)
技術選定のための調査・比較検証(最新のLLMモデルやライブラリの性能評価)
戦略提案の根拠となるシミュレーション実施やレポート作成支援
戦略を実現するための技術的な「解」を探し出し、プロトタイプを作成します。
3.仮説検証(PoC) & プロトタイピング
検証済みアルゴリズムのプロダクトへの組み込み・API開発
本番環境でのパフォーマンスチューニング
顧客へのデリバリーに向けた品質テスト・改善
検証で終わらせず、実際のビジネス現場で稼働するシステムとして完成させます。

募集人数:3名程度
給与(有給):時給1,500円(研修期間中1,300円)
稼働時間:週15時間以上
コアタイム 9:30〜18:30(平日夜間・土日稼働も柔軟に対応します)
勤務地:東京都文京区後楽2丁目3番11号 FLAT21 101号室

エンジニアリングを軸にしつつ、ビジネス課題から逆算して考えることに興味がある方
モデルやコードを書くことだけでなく、「なぜこの技術を使うのか」「本当に価値につながるのか」を考えたい方
要件が曖昧な状態でも、仮説を立てて検証し、前に進める方
最新技術(AI / LLM / データ基盤など)を実務で使える形に落とすことに面白さを感じる方
不確実性の高い環境の中で、試行錯誤や地道な改善を成長機会として楽しめる方
