新規事業の立ち上げメンバー募集

日本と世界を結ぶ人材紹介事業です

急成長する「インド」の優秀なエンジニアと、人材不足に悩む「日本企業」をマッチングさせる新規事業の立ち上げメンバーです。 決まった商品を売るのではなく、市場を切り拓く面白さがあります

・顧客ニーズのヒアリング提案

・契約締結とアフターフォロー

  • 日本企業向け営業

新規開拓からニーズ分析、インド人エンジニアの提案、契約交渉まで。企業の成長を支えるパートナーとして活躍できます

  • 求人企業開拓

インド進出の日系企業に対し、展示会やネットワークを活用し提携関係を構築。現地ビジネスの最前線で営業力を発揮できます

  • 採用コンサルティング

企業の採用課題を分析し、人材マッチングや採用プロセス改善を提案。課題解決型の営業スキルが身につきます

  • アフターフォロー

採用後の定着支援や満足度向上、追加案件獲得まで。長期的な信頼関係を築けるポジションです

  • 市場調査・戦略立案

人材紹介市場や競合状況を分析し、新サービス開発や営業戦略に反映。マーケティング視点も磨けます

・基本的なPCスキル(Office系ソフト)

・英語ビジネスレベル

・法人営業経験2年以上、新規開拓営業の実務経験

・顧客ニーズヒアリング、提案スキル

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 260000円 ~ 310000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:48,556円~57,893円

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

雇用形態、給与は本採用時と同じです。

年齢制限あり:59歳以下(定年を上限)
