【仕事内容】

\2つの窓口の兼任のコールセンターのお仕事/

「大手ビジネスホテル」と「人気化粧品ブランド」

2つの窓口を担当するコールセンターのお仕事です(^^)/

まずはホテルの窓口対応からスタート

慣れてきたら、化粧品ブランドの対応もお任せしていきます。

<お仕事内容>

①大手ビジネスホテルのお問合せ対応

ホテルをご利用のお客様や法人会員様からの

お問合せ対応(電話・メール・LINE)をお願いします。

~具体的には~

・空室確認や施設案内などの一次対応

・ポイントに関する質問対応

・法人向けの予約受付・代行

・社内スタッフ専用の相談窓口 など

※一次対応の受付窓口なので、難しい内容は担当部署に引継ぎでOK

②人気コスメブランドのチャット対応

TikTok Shopを通じて化粧品を購入したお客様からの

チャットでのお問合せ対応をお願いします。

~具体的には~

・注文のキャンセル

・配送方法の変更(例:置き配に変更したい)

・発送状況の確認 など

※電話対応はありません

【仕事情報補足】

研修について:研修中のシフト

・研修初日:9:30~17:00勤務(実働6時間30分/休憩60分)

・2日目以降:9:00~12:00勤務or13:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

<研修スケジュール例>

  • 座学研修:1日目~22日目

基礎研修・システム操作方法・業務内容を学んでいただきます。

  • ロールプレイング研修:23日目~25日目

実践に近い内容で、お客様役とオペレーター役に分かれて"ロールプレイ"を行います。

  • OJT:26日目~

※習得状況に合わせて個別にフォローしていきます。
