仕事内容

  • 制作・技術業務(プレイング業務)

・投資教育を中心とした動画コンテンツの収録・編集(Premiere Pro / After Effects)

・講師・社内メンバーと連携した撮影設計、画づくり、音声調整

・ライブ配信(ウェビナー等)の機材セッティング、オペレーション(ATEM等使用)

・撮影・配信用機材のメンテナンス、配線整理、管理

・既存講義コンテンツのクオリティ改善・再編集

  • ディレクション・マネジメント業務

・社内各部署からの依頼対応・ヒアリング・要件定義

・制作スケジュールの進行管理、案件の割り振り(メンバーの適材適所への配置)

・動画制作の企画提案・構成案の作成補助

  • その他・事務業務

・スタジオ予約管理、講義コンテンツのリスト化

・簡単なクリエイティブ作成(Illustratorでの図解作成、Photoshopでの画像加工など)

映像制作実務経験、編集スキル、プロジェクトマネジメント、

必要業務経験

マネジメント経験(2年以上)

Adobe Premiere Proを使用した実務経験(2年以上)

配信機材セッティングの設計・オペレーション経験(1年以上)

ATEM Software Controlの使用経験(1年以上)

各種機材(音響ミキサー、スイッチャー、一眼/ビデオカメラ、照明、マイク等)の使用経験(2年以上)

想定給与

年俸 4,500,000円~5,500,000円

諸手当

通勤手当、深夜手当

誕生日月にAmazon券3万円 ※試用期間終了後翌月から対応

管理監督者の為、みなし残業は除外
