As a Sales Representative, you will demonstrate the value and benefits of our client's products or services through customer engagement, focusing on selling and/or renewing contracts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals/services and offering up-sell opportunities.
  • Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
  • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
  • Initiating steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks.
  • Managing external competitive pressures and handling objections to retain customers or win new customers.
  • Managing a high volume of customer contacts through phone and email, with a majority of communication being outbound.
  • Collaborating with the team and management to provide a professional experience during all interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Maintaining the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
  • Undertaking sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and renewing contracts.
