Support Renewal Rep (Data Management)

Detailed Description

Provide sales support to Oracle premier support sales team.

Responsible for timely renewals for customers/partners in assigned scope.

Validate contracts and prepare quotes timely and accurately.

Processes quote change requests including but not limited to repricing, consolidations (co-terminating) and merges, cancellation...

Resolves all kind of quoting system failures

Ensure on-line/off-line order can be proceeded timely and accurately.

Resolve booking failures and OA (Order Administration) rejections.

Answer queries from stakeholders through RSRs with right business manner.

Responsible for ad-hoc business requests when necessary.

Job Requirements

Good command of Japanese, must be able to communicate and write in English, understand of Mandarin is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills with high-attention to detail.

Strong communication skills internally and externally

Proven ability to work effectively with and influence diverse stakeholders across Sales, Collection, Global Order Approval teams.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables to tight timelines.

Ability to work under strict procedure and compliance

Good team player to collaborate with other specialization roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above.

Work experience in sales operations, sales support or data analysis is highly preferred.
