- Main Responsibilities
- Assemble and test products ordered by the sales department, ensuring timely delivery according to specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assembly and test areas, as well as production equipment.
- Oversee facility management, promoting efficiency and sustainability.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety above all else, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Manage schedules, ensure quality control, and perform electrical checks for product validation.
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and prepare products for shipping, collaborating with other teams.
- Coordinate Class 2 pressure vessel certification examinations, creating calculation statements and scheduling appointments.
- Administer warranty processes, reporting, and closure efficiently.
- Develop standardized procedures, enhance product management efficiency, and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage stock levels of essential assembly materials and consumables.
- Proactively identify potential risks and work environments, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- Ensure seamless ISO/ISO/ISO operations and maintain accurate records.
- Implement competence development plans tailored to each position.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the production manager as needed.

- Educational background: Technical school or university degree equivalent.
- Experience:
- Industrial machinery modification and testing services; experience with rotating machinery systems is an asset.
- Forklift operation and floor-operated crane operation.
- Slinging expertise.
- Knowledge and skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of compressor mechanics and electricity.
- Superintendent and Health and Safety Officer certifications.
- Grinding wheel replacement training.
- Specialized training for low-voltage electricity handling work.
- Proficiency in PC (MS Office) and SAP applications.
- Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Desirable: Electrician or related certifications.
