【具体的に】

・アシスタント

・見積書、請求書作成

・発注登録、管理、発注書作成、発注手続き

・提案資料の作成サポート

  • 営業担当からの依頼に基づいて作成(PPT使用)

・渉外

・制作物の校正に関するクライアントとのやり取り

・受発注、進行管理

  • 制作部門や営業へ進捗確認・リマインド(スプレットシート使用)

・広告運用

・Web広告の管理画面での入稿作業

・広告配信後のレポート作成

勤務時間


9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

残業時間は10~30時間で時期により異なります。30時間の時間外手当を含む、超過分別途支です。

開始予定時期:2026年2月2日

期間:紹介予定派遣(派遣期間3~6ヶ月)

土・日曜日・祝日休みです。*正社員登用後は週1回の在宅勤務が可能です。

時給 1750円

時給1750円×8h×20日=280000円+交通費、残業代支給
