ゼロトラストにおけるID管理・ID統合プロジェクト(IDaaS、IGA、認証、特権管理)中心に活躍するポストセールスデリバリー領域のセキュリティ技術者を募集します。
【業務内容】
大企業のお客様プロジェクトにおけるセキュリティ技術者として、ID統合、IDライフサイクル管理、SSO、特権管理などお客様のID管理に対する課題解決のためのID管理・統合ソリューションの提案、導入、運用をリードしていただきます。
技術者としてプロジェクトの技術対応や課題対応をメンバーやビジネスパートナーと共に対応・リードすると共に、プロジェクトの成功に向けて進捗・課題管理やチームビルディング、お客様とのコミュニケーションを行うプロジェクトマネージャーとしての対応が含まれます。

Security engineers in the delivery phase who will play an active role in identity govnernance management, authentication and privileged identity management solutions in Zero Trust.
As a security engineer in a large enterprise customer project, you will lead the proposal, implementation, and operation of ID management and integration solutions to solve the customer's identity management issues, such as identity integration, identity lifecycle management, SSO, and privilege identity management.
As an engineer, you will respond to and lead technical and issue responses to projects together with members and business partners, as well as schedule and issue management, team building, and communication with customers for the success of the project as a project manager.
Have a customer-oriented mindset and be able to engage in conversations and activities with customers.

Experience in IDaaS, IGA, PIM, AD, LDAP design and construction as a leader or administrator
Experience in designing security for enterprise systems
Experience in project management (creation and management of master schedules and WBS), issues and risk management
Native level Japanese
Reading and writing in English
【Preferred Skills】
Experience in upstream processes related to Zero Trust
General security skills, including networking, web, and endpoint
Security-related certifications (CISSP, vendor certifications, etc.)
