We are looking for a friendly and proactive HR Generalist to support our team and help create a smooth and welcoming experience for employees and candidates alike.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR and recruitment activities while working closely with different teams across the organization.
What You Will DoRecruitment support:
Manage the hiring process for both permanent and temporary roles, from job postings to welcoming new hires.
Collaboration with managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and help find the right people for their teams.
Direct sourcing:
Help build a strong pipeline of talent through direct sourcing strategies.
Candidate experience:
Ensure a simple and positive recruitment process for all applicants.
Preboarding & onboarding:
Assist new hires with documentation, relocation, and onboarding to ensure a smooth start.
HR support & projects:
Help organize recruitment events and contribute to various HR-related projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house HR or recruitment agency) or 3+ years of experience in an HR role
Native or business-level Japanese and English
Currently living in Japan with a valid work visa
Nice-to-Have Skills (but not required)
Experience supporting non-Japanese hiring and knowledge of visa processes
Experience improving recruitment processes or using ATS tools
Interest in creating a great candidate and employee experience
