Job Description
- Building strong relationships with key accounts (Japanese Crossborder Sellers) to drive transaction numbers and revenue in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Brazil markets
- Manage each account relationship by setting targets and creating plans towards meeting the targets
- Design sales and marketing strategies including campaign nomination for key accounts.
- Facilitate communication between key accounts and internal stakeholders to grow overall market order volume
- Find solutions to accounts' issues, and maintain a positive relationship
- Work closely with the respective stakeholders to achieve overall market targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience is preferred, ideally in the e-Commerce or retail space
- Experience in sales and customer support would be an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Japanese to facilitate dynamic collaboration with stakeholders across the region; Mandarin Chinese, or other Southeast Asian language is a plus
- Strong analytical skill
- Open-mindedness, resourcefulness and proactiveness to find creative solutions
- Positive, team player, and energetic attitude
