仕事内容:
IT企業・スタートアップ向けに開発支援を行う当社にて、
事業成長を目的とした「顧客創出」と「パートナー開拓」を担う営業マネージャーを募集します。誰と組み、どう顧客を生み、どう事業を伸ばすかを設計・推進する役割です。
主な業務内容
- 顧客創出に向けた営業モデル・導線の設計
- 顧問・パートナー企業・協業先の開拓および関係構築
- 紹介・アライアンスを中心とした案件創出の推進
- 代表と連携した商談設計・提案内容の整理
- 営業活動・顧客情報の管理
- 成長フェーズに応じた営業戦略・優先度の見直し
- 将来的な営業体制・チーム構築の検討
※短期的な数字だけを追う営業ではなく、中長期視点での事業づくりに関わります

必須条件
- 法人営業の実務経験(業界不問)
- 顧客の課題を整理し、提案に落とし込める方
- 社内外と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方

- 営業マネージャー、営業企画、事業開発の経験
- 紹介営業・パートナー営業の経験
- 開発案件・システム導入に関わった経験

勤務時間・曜日:
10:00~19:00
※稼働日数・時間は応相談(週3〜も可)
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土日祝)
- 年末年始休暇
- シフト自由/週3日〜勤務可能(曜日・時間も相談可)
