The Junior Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to maximize placements with our client companies. This is a great opportunity to start your career in HR and grow within our dynamic team.

How you will succeed:

  • Assist in recruitment processes: Help with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Source candidates: Use various channels to find potential candidates for our placements.
  • Maintain records: Keep candidate records organized in our internal database.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers: Understand job requirements and candidate 

    profiles.

  • Support onboarding: Help new hires transition smoothly to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support Management: Support colleagues in any additional tasks/projects when 

    needed.

You are best for this role because:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • You're an excellent communicator and organizer.
  • You're detail-oriented and proficient in basic tech products.
  • You're eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Level English
  • Japanese language skills preferred but not essential
