Molex Japan HR Team is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team mainly supporting recruiting & HR activities within Molex Japan. As part of our leveraged capability, you will work closely with HRBPs, HR Operations and full life-cycle recruiters in the execution of efficient and effective recruiting, selection and onboarding processes for our customers (candidates and hiring supervisors).

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and mid-career recruiting from the initiation of job requests to the onboarding of new hires, covering all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Proactively support company-wide projects, talent marketing events, and process improvement initiatives alongside HR, HR Operations, and hiring teams.
  • Efficiently schedule onsite and virtual interviews, as well as pre- and post-interview/offer meetings and strategy calls for the Molex recruitment team. This includes roles ranging from entry-level positions to senior leadership.
  • Manage and execute post-offer and pre-hire processes, such as candidate onboarding, document collection, vendor invoice processing, and other business-specific tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting vendors, candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers regarding scheduling and pre- and post-offer procedures.
  • Build, communicate, and implement effective processes to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience for both internal and external candidates and hiring teams.
  • Continually enhance your understanding of the business and recruitment practices. Share this knowledge to drive transformation and problem-solving using technology and process improvements.
  • Support HR team on other priority tasks effectively based on business needs, value, and opportunity cost, including but not limited to: organizing or supporting events, managing communication activities, coordinating company announcements, and providing administrative and logistical support.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experienced collaborating with others to achieve results.
  • Able to communicate both written and verbally across various levels of an organization.
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook scheduling and email communications, Word document creation/editing and PowerPoint presentation creation/editing).
  • Native level Japanese ability; business level English skills.

  • Solid experience and ease working closely with senior leaders.
  • Ability to support and collaborate with virtual teams across multiple time zones.
  • Experience handling invoice processing and supporting general team operations as needed.
  • Support the maintenance of career sites and job posting tools to ensure accurate and timely job postings.
  • Desire to pursue a career in the recruiting and or HR fields locally and internationally.
  • Passion in process improvements and driving/influencing change.
  • Interest in and/or experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS), CRM or other HR tools.
