不動産ベンチャー企業での営業事務サポート
20代30代活躍中

営業担当者やバックオフィスを支える、
かんたんな事務・サポート中心のお仕事です。
ベンチャー企業のため、決まった業務だけでなく
「これお願いできますか?」といったサポート業務も発生します。
その分、周囲とコミュニケーションを取りながら、柔軟に働ける環境です♪
【主な業務内容】
専用システムへの入力が中心入社後は社員が丁寧にレクチャーします
- 電話、メールでの問い合わせ対応(1日5~10件程度)
- 取引先への簡単なメール対応(書類提出等)
- 営業担当者とのやりとり、業務サポート
- 契約書類管理・データ入力や更新( Word/Excelを使った簡単な入力作業 数式などの知識は不要です)
- 領収書の整理
- その他書類整理、スキャン、ファイリング
- 来客時の簡単な対応(お部屋への案内・お茶出し)
- 備品購入などの簡単な雑務
※業務は入力・整理・サポートが中心です。
※難しい作業や専門知識は必要ありません。

求める人材:
■ 必須条件
- 基本的なPC操作ができる方
- Word・Excel・スプレッドシートへの入力、メール対応など
- 周囲と相談しながら、丁寧に業務を進められる
■歓迎要件
- 不動産事務の実務経験をお持ちの方
- 何らかの事務職のご経験をお持ちの方
- 秘書業務やアシスタント業務のご経験がある方

勤務時間・曜日:
勤務時間・曜日
勤務時間:週4日~ / 1日6時間~可能
※時短勤務相談可 フルタイムも歓迎
勤務例① 6時間勤務希望 10:00~16:00 (休憩時間は任意)
勤務例② フルタイム希望 09:00~18:00(休憩1時間)
休暇・休日:
- 完全週休2日制(土日祝)
- 有給休暇
- 年末年始休暇 (5日)

最寄の渋谷駅から徒歩約6分の位置にあります♪
給与:
- 時給は1,600円~(経験やスキルに応じて決定)
※研修目安期間:1ヶ月前後
※研修期間中は時給1,500円
