【主なお仕事について】

採用組織の中途採用担当として、以下の業務をお任せします。

・各部門における中途採用戦略の立案・実行

・年間採用計画の策定および予算管理

・最適な採用手法の選定と実行(求人媒体/ダイレクトリクルーティング/リファラル等)

・採用広報・ブランディングの企画・実行(HP改修、新規チャネル立ち上げなど)

【配属部門について】

人事部での採用業務を担当いただきます。ゼネラリストとして、制度設計や人材開発(教育・研修)へのキャリアチェンジも可能です。
