Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Engineer based in the Greater Tokyo Area, with opportunities for periodic hybrid work. The Information Technology Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and maintaining and managing networking infrastructures. Additional responsibilities include working closely with other teams to ensure smooth IT operations and implementing effective solutions for IT challenges.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of Networking and Network Security concepts to effectively manage and secure network infrastructures
- Solid foundation in Information Technology with the ability to implement and maintain IT infrastructure and solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Prior experience in IT or related roles is advantageous
- Certification in relevant IT fields and a bachelor's degree in a related discipline are preferred
- Proficiency in Japanese and English is a plus for communication in a diverse team setting
