IT Services Manager – Tokyo (Hybrid)
A leading global professional services network is seeking an IT Services Manager to sit at the heart of its Japan innovation hub. This team brings together experts in cloud, AI, data, security, and multi‑cloud engineering to build internal platforms that power audit, tax, and advisory businesses and enable digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead end‑user IT services with a strong focus on Mac environments (deployment, configuration, updates, support).
- Manage device security policies, incident management, and continuous improvement of IT service quality and user satisfaction.
- Partner with global IT, security, and group company IT teams to standardize and elevate IT services across Japan.
- Drive automation of devices and shared platforms, strengthening security while improving efficiency and productivity.
- Combine hands-on work with team leadership, coaching, and cross-functional coordination.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in IT services or endpoint management, including 3+ years using Jamf, Intune or similar EMM/MDM tools.
- Solid IT service management background (ITIL or equivalent knowledge; relevant certifications welcome).
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills, with strong business analysis capabilities (requirements, cost, ROI).
- macOS device management, security, and project management experience (PMP/PMBOK, CISSP/CISM, etc. are nice to have).
- Japanese: native or JLPT N1 with experience doing business with Japanese clients.
- English: business level (目安 TOEIC 800–860+).
