Key responsibilities:
• Provide tele- and on-site technical support and post-sales support.
• Commission, troubleshoot, and update firmware/hardware of PV strings, hybrid/storage inverters, and BESS.
• Report product failures to head office with clear descriptions.
• Evaluate the performance of PV plants by studying operation data regularly.
• Proactively work closely with installers and retailers to provide them with the best-in-class customer experience.
• Regularly follow up on technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installers and retailers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Preferred minimum of one year working experience in the solar industry, particularly in product troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Reliability, self-motivation, and adaptability to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• A current driver's licence and legal right to work in Japan are mandatory requirements.
