【業務内容】

完全予約制の髪質改善に特化した当店で

スタイリストとしてカウンセリングから

最終スタイリングまで、一貫して対応します。

【特徴】

お客様満足度が高い為、多くのリピーター様に

ご来店頂いています。

特に髪質改善が好評でリピート率は

なんと90%以上

特別な接客スキルは必要なくても

リピートがとれ単価もあがる環境です。

その為、チラシ配りなどの集客や

SNSのフォロー回りなどはございません。

客単価は12000円以上なので1人1人しっかりと

お客様を大切に接客し丁寧に施術して頂きます。
