・営業チームのマネジメント業務全般
・中長期的な顧客アプローチの 計画策定と、営業プロセス全体の管理
・チームメンバーに対する営業手法やプロセスの指導・育成
・営業パイプライン構築
・CRMを活用した営業活動の分析
・アプローチからクロージングまで営業活動全般の実行管理と支援
・顧客の経営層に対する戦略的な提案・報告
・売上予測(フォーキャスト)の策定と、各種営業レポートの作成・報告
