仕事内容:
私たちのコンサルタントは、単なる営業支援にとどまらず、クライアントの経営層と直接ディスカッションしながら経営戦略に踏み込むのが特徴です。
具体的には以下のような業務をお任せします:
・マーケティング分析:業界・競合・市場データを整理し、経営層が意思決定できるレベルまで言語化。
・戦略立案:経営計画や財務目標を踏まえ、売上・利益につながる営業戦略を設計。
・資料作成・施策設計:現場の営業メンバーが使える営業資料やトークスクリプト、KPI設計を構築。
・商談・コンサルティング:クライアントの取締役・経営者と定例会を実施し、戦略の進捗をレビュー。必要に応じて改善提案を実行。
・成果最大化の伴走:施策の実行→データ分析→改善提案まで、現場の成果が出る瞬間に立ち会える。

必須要件

①コンサル経験2~3年以上
②営業経験(M&A・金融・無形商材)3年以上
③営業企画経験2~3年以上

就業時間10:00〜19:00

完全週休2日制(休日は土日祝日)

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸¥4,500,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥55,283(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
月給: 35万円~82万円
