仕事内容


エアコンや住宅設備の販売・施工に携わる営業スタッフを募集しております。

具体的な仕事内容

エアコン、住宅設備機器などの提案営業

まずは事務作業で一通りの業務や知識を得てから、取引先の営業担当としてご活躍いただきます。

・既存顧客様(企業様)からの問い合わせ対応(主にメール)

・PC入力、書面作成等(専用サイトにて受発注入力・見積書作成等)

・協力施工業者様への工事依頼(主にメール)

・取引先との折衝(営業)業務

※飛び込みセールスはございません

・工事開始後の現場確認・アフターフォロー

エアコン工事をメインにサービスを展開している当社では、猛暑が常態化する昨今、更なる事業拡大に伴い、取引先の担当窓口となる営業職を募集しております。

未経験者も歓迎約9割が他業種からの転職組で、商社の営業、不動産業界、運送業、飲食店スタッフからコアメンバーに成長し活躍しています。

本人の希望や能力次第で、新たな部署を設ける柔軟性もあります。

給与


年収 円 ~ 円

月給 250000円 ~ 300000円

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:32,400円以上

みなし残業時間:20.00時間

年収 3,500,000円 ~

月給 250,000円 ~

(勤務地・経験等による)

※試用期間は3か月で、その間の雇用形態は変更なしです。そのほかの条件に変更はありません。

※上記額にはみなし残業代(月20時間分、32,400円~)を含み、残業がなくても支給されます

※超過分はもちろん全額支給します

※繁忙期の1~2ヶ月以外は、ほぼ毎日定時に終業しています

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
