■Responsibilities ・Build and manage relationships with global stakeholders.
・Establish new processes and improve existing ones to enhance efficiency.
・Define requirements and create documentation for software and infrastructure projects.
・Create and document product requirements.
・Prioritize requirements and manage projects to successful completion.
■Requirements
・A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
・Approximately 5 years of experience in Program Management.
・Demonstrated experience with global stakeholder management.
・English: Fluent.
・Japanese: Intermediate level (JLPT N2 and above).
・Experience in product management is advantageous.
・Familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
・Experience working within a Japanese company or managing projects for Japanese clients is beneficial.
・Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
