This role requires a hands-on leader to manage the entire corporate infrastructure and prepare the organization for significant global growth.
Strategic Leadership & Oversight:
Strategically manage all core corporate functions: General Affairs, Labor/HR, Finance & Accounting, and administrative operations.
Organizational Scalability:
Lead initiatives for IPO Readiness and drive organizational structure to support the company's ambitious global growth trajectory.
Team Building & Development:
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate team of 15–20 members, fostering cross-divisional engagement.
Governance & Compliance:
Strengthen and maintain robust governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks for global operations.
Executive & Investor Support:
Provide critical support to the CFO in financial planning, fundraising activities, and essential investor communications.
Global Coordination:
Ensure efficient, transparent communication and cross-functional coordination between the Japan headquarters and overseas offices.

The ideal candidate is a proven corporate leader with a passion for high-growth environments and executive ambition.
Proven Corporate Management:
Demonstrated experience overseeing and managing core corporate functions (General Affairs, Labor/HR, F&A).
Strong Team Leadership:
Experience successfully managing and developing teams of 10+ people.
Language Fluency (Mandatory): Fluent Japanese and Business-Level English proficiency is required for global coordination.
High-Growth Experience (Preferred): Experience in a fast-scaling environment (startup or high-growth technology company) is a strong advantage.
Executive Ambition:
Clear potential and drive to grow into a CFO or Executive Officer role.
Communication & Collaboration:
Superior stakeholder management and strong communication skills to drive company-wide alignment.
