オペレーション技術統括本部(英語名称JCFS: Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions)はアマゾンジャパン オペレーション部門(JP Ops)の中核部門として、物流プロセスの設計・導入・改善に取り組むとともに、物流プロセスのベースとなる建屋の設計を最適化して、拠点の価値を最大化することに注力しています。アマゾンジャパンは、拠点の工事をリードするプロジェクトマネジメントをおこなうとともに、今までにない新しい建屋・設備に関するイノベーションやソリューションを生み出すことで、拠点の価値を最大化する活動を推進するSr Program Managerを探しています。
このポジションは、政府や自治体といった法律や規制を司る社外ステークホルダーとネットワークを構築し、今までにない新しい建屋・設備に関するソリューションを生み出すことによって、長期的にアマゾン拠点のコスト構造を改善していく上流のプログラムマネジメントの役割を担います。また、上流の仕事だけでなく下流の仕事として、アマゾン拠点の新規工事や改修工事のプロジェクトにおいて、社内ステークホルダーと連携してマスタープランの作成、予算管理、リスク管理をリードするプロジェクトマネジメントの役割も担います。
そのため、このポジションには、建屋・設備に関するプロジェクトの上流から下流までの幅広いフェーズにおいて、リーダーシップを発揮し、技術的視点で問題解決や改善提案を実行できる能力と経験が求められます。また、国内外ステークホルダーと電話会議や対面で業務依頼、交渉をするため日本語、英語によるコミュニケーション能力、プロジェクトメンバーとの定例会議におけるファシリテーション能力、プロジェクト進捗レポート作成のためのドキュメンテーション能力も必要です。
Key job responsibilities
- 政府や自治体を含める社内外のステークホルダーとネットワーク・信頼関係を構築し、今までにない新しい建屋・設備に関する革新的なソリューションを提案する。
- 提案ソリューションの投資対効果、実現可能性などフィジビリティを検証し、実行に向けた中長期のプログラムマネジメントをおこない、建屋の設計に適用完了するまでをリードする。
- アマゾン拠点の新規工事や改修工事のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、スケジュールや予算のプランニングをおこない、実行段階において進捗管理とリスク管理をおこなう。
- 建屋・設備に関わる中小規模プロジェクトにおいて、チームを横断してプロジェクトをプランニングし、実行フェーズのモニタリングを実施する。
- 建屋・設備に関わる中小規模プロジェクトの、プロジェクトスコープ作成、スケジュール検討、予算作成、予算申請を支援する。
A day in the life
毎週のチームミーティングで、各メンバーの進捗や成果、優先する取り組み、サポートが必要な内容を確認しながら業務をおこないます。業務を進めるうえで何か迷うことがあれば、チャット、ビデオ通話、F2Fの会話を通して気軽に相談しながら、チーム全体でサポートし合います。フレックスが基本ですが、原則18時以降は会議やメールは行いません。有給消化率も高く長期休暇も、もちろん取得可能です。

アマゾンジャパンオペレーションのエンジニアリング部門として、建屋・設備の改善によって、アマゾンジャパンの成長に直接影響を与える事ができます。そして、政府や自治体といった社外ステークホルダーとネットワークを構築し、法改正や規制緩和をおこなうことで、革新的なソリューションを生み出すダイナミックな活動をおこないます。また、社内経営層はじめJCFS各チームやファイナンス、調達部門等、様々なステークホルダーとの協業が必要なポジションです。海外のチームとも交流を持ち、相互のベストプラクティスの横展開を積極的に推進する事でアマゾン、アマゾンジャパン並びに自分自身の成長に繋げる事ができます。入社後はチーム全体で既存プロセス・知識の共有、トレーニング、日々の面談を行い、オンボーディングをサポートします。
Basic Qualifications
- 大学の学士 または工学の修士号
- 政府や自治体を巻き込んだ渉外折衝業務に従事した経験
- 建設プロジェクトや新規ビジネスの立ち上げにおける 5年以上のリーダーシップおよびプロジェクト管理の経験
- 社内の部門横断的なチームと関わり、社外のパートナーを調整した経験
- MS Office (Word、Excel、Power Point) および CAD のオペレーションスキル
- 日本語と英語の口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力(ビジネスレベル)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA、修士号、またはエンジニアリング関連分野の高度な学位
- 10億円以上のプロジェクトを立案し、管理・推進したプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 建築/電気/空調/衛生/防災設備についての知識・経験、、または同等レベルの設備 (MHE、オートメーション、生産など) の技術知識
- 物流不動産に関する知識と経験:不動産関連企業または事業会社の不動産部門での業務経験
- 自発的に行動し、単独またはチームをリードして問題を解決できる
- チームの一員として、または完全に独立したパフォーマーとして、あるいはその両方として快適に働くことができる
