AWS Technical Project Manager / PMO
[Japanese - JLPT N1]
Bilingual Technical PM professional fluent in Japanese and English, with strong knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and some hands-on experience in cloud environments. Must have 8+ years in IT project/program management and PMO. This role involves managing project governance, facilitating cross-cultural communication, and supporting cloud-based initiatives in collaboration with Japanese clients and global teams.
Role:
Lead AWS and cloud project delivery, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
Drive end-to-end project management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Serve as a communication bridge between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.
Support planning, execution, and tracking of AWS-related projects.
Prepare bilingual documentation including plans, status reports, technical specifications and test reports.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items across cross-functional teams.
Assist in resource planning for AWS environments.
Monitor project KPIs and escalate risks or issues proactively.
Maintain and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Must Requirements:
Fluent in communicating in both the languages, Japanese as well as English.
Strong understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
Hands-on experience with basic AWS operations and deployments.
Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud migration, and DevOps concepts (high-level knowledge, not hands-on).
Expertise in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies.
Required Certification:
AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certified.
PMP or Prince2 certified.
