部署・サービスについて
ITガバナンス統括部では、楽天モバイルの戦略目標を達成するため、IT戦略とガバナンスを策定し、全社的な社内ITに関するポリシー、プロセス、システム、および企業を強化する社内IT環境を最適化する事をミッションにしています。

CIO室では、楽天モバイル全体に関わる社内IT環境をリードしています。その為、会社上層部だけではなく現場など組織全体とコミュニケーションを行い、様々な声を吸い上げる事で、「事業戦略への貢献」「業務効率化」「コスト削減」「リスクの最小化」などを実現化しています。

ポジション:
募集背景
増員募集。CIO(Chief Information Officer)オフィスのメンバーとして、楽天モバイルの社内IT環境を最適化する為、組織強化を計画しています。

業務内容
楽天グループ株式会社に所属し、楽天モバイル株式会社の様々なIT環境整備を推進するための、PM、PMO業務を担当いただきます。

楽天モバイルの事業に関わる様々なITガイドライン整備など、多岐にわたるミッション、課題に対して

現状の把握、プロジェクトの企画、実現に向けた推進、関係各所との調整業務など、一貫してプロジェクト管理をお任せいたします。

具体的には

[各案件対応(社内IT相談窓口、サーベイ、等)]

・企画、スキーム構築、体制構築、リリース

・プロジェクトの運営、改善

[データ分析・レポート作成]

・BIツールやExcelを活用したデータ分析

・経営陣向けのレポートやプレゼン資料の作成

[部門間調整・コミュニケーション]

・関連部門との連携促進やサポート社内ITに関する戦略や取組みを現場に落とし込むサポート

[その他]

・内部統制やガバナンスの観点からの管理

・AI推進

・DX推進

働く環境
ITガバナンス統括部全体では20名弱、

CIO室では現状、社員1名、業務委託2名

組織全体で中途入社者が多く、通信事業経験者だけでなく、業界未経験の方も多数。その為、中途社員の受け入れなどもスムーズです。

必須要件:
・PM、PMOなどプロジェクト管理経験3年以上

・ビジネスレベルの英語力

歓迎要件:
・IT業界、電気通信業界での就業経験

・様々な業界、業務のプロジェクト経験
