<募集概要>

・当社海外グループ会社のPro-Matrix(データセンターを中心としたM&Eエンジニアリング会社)での海外勤務を含むグローバルに活躍するエンジニア人材の募集となります。

※国内及びAPACのデータセンター需要が飛躍的に拡大している中で、より事業を拡大していくための増員募集です。

<業務内容>

データセンターの保全業務におけるSE支援/現場サポート/現場保守運営等の業務です。

  • データセンター保守業務提案書および見積書作成

・保守業務・維持管理業務の業務仕様把握

・ベンダーメンテンナンス等価格精査や協力会社を含めた保守体制検討 等

  • データセンター設備保守の体制構築・技術指導

・協力会社を含めた現場での新規保守立上げ(マニュアル・手順書等作成)

・電力・空調設備保守に関する業務品質管理 等

  • データセンターにおける電力・空調等設備保守

・常駐や巡回による電力・空調等設備点検、整備、故障修理等

・お客様に対するレポート作成等

対象

<必須スキル・資格>>

データセンターファシリティマネジメントに関する基礎知識および3年以上のデータセンター等の電力または空調設備等の設備保守・運用管理の実務経験

以下の資格を保有する方

・第三種電気主任技術者

<望ましいスキル・資格>

・ファシリティマネジメント会社での保守経験(データセンターにおけるメンテナンス・トラブル対応・提案業務)

・データセンター事業会社での業務経験(ファシティマネジメント)

・プロジェクトマネージメントの経験、知識があれば尚可

・TOEIC600点以上の英語力があることが望ましい

・エネルギー管理士

・CDCP/CDFOM等

<求める人物像>

・業務に主体的に取り組み、自分の領域(専門分野)をしっかり持ちつつ、自ら領域を広げ成長できる人材

・コミュニケーション力、交渉力を持って業務を円滑に遂行できる方

・海外駐在経験(短期可)あるいは外資系顧客案件への従事、または強い関心がある方

・海外現地法人に赴任し、海外での業務経験を得たいと考えている方

待遇・福利厚生

<想定年収>

650~800万円程度 ※ご経験によって変動します。国内勤務の想定年収です。

※時間外30時間/月、賞与に関連する評価を「標準的な評価」とした場合の算出例となります。

(標準的な評価:5段階評価の真ん中)

※この他に、対象となる方には、子育て・介護手当、住宅補助が支給されます。

※上記年収はあくまで想定の幅となります。

給与は経験・能力・前給等により考慮し優遇いたします。

※給与改定:年1回

国内での勤務予定

※将来の再海外赴任や海外勤務延長も相談可

<将来の勤務地の範囲>

全国転勤の可能性あり

<勤務時間>

原則9:00~17:30(所定労働時間:7時間30分、休憩:60分)

※海外勤務後は海外子会社の勤務規定となります。
