お仕事内容

ご契約いただいたお客様に対し、内外装の仕様決めやカラースキームをご提案し、理想の住まいをカタチにするお仕事です。

お客様の夢に寄り添い、引き渡しまで伴走していただきます。

ご契約後のお客様を対象に、100%注文住宅のコーディネート業務全般をお任せします。

当社の家づくりは、南国リゾート風の開放感あるデザインから、和をモチーフにした落ち着いた空間、子育て世代に嬉しい家事動線を考え抜いた設計まで、多岐にわたります。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・お客様との打ち合わせ、ご要望のヒアリング

・内外装(クロス、照明、床材、外壁、建具など)の仕様決めとご提案

・カラースキームの作成、プレゼンテーション ・ショールームへのご案内

・設計士との連携

・施工スケジュールの進捗確認

お客様が思い描く理想のイメージを丁寧にヒアリングし、壁紙や照明、床材、外壁といった内外装の細部に至るまで、プロとして最適なご提案を行います。

お客様の「想い」が少しずつ「カタチ」になっていく過程を、一番近くでサポートできるのがこの仕事の醍醐味です。

また、設計と連携し、工事の進捗管理にも携わっていただくため、家づくりの一連の流れを深く理解することができます。

年俸 4,000,000円〜8,500,000円

  • 未経験者 試用期間中:月給23万円以上 試用期間後:月給25万円以上
  • 経験者 試用期間中:月給25万円以上 試用期間後:月給27万円以上

※経験・スキル・前職給与を最大限考慮し、決定します。

※賞与は年3回想定

※試用期間は3か月間

※インセンティブではなく、固定給と賞与で安定的に高収入を目指せる給与体系です。

<年収例> 850万円/48歳・入社5年目(月給45万円+賞与) 1,100万円/28歳・入社3年目(月給60万円+賞与)

【必須】

・住宅・建築業界でのコーディネーター、またはインテリア関連の実務経験

・建築業界での施工管理経験

・普通自動車第一種運転免許(AT限定可)

【歓迎】

・建築士(1級・2級)の資格

・インテリアコーディネーターの資格

・CADソフト(Vectorworks, AutoCADなど)の使用経験

・お客様への提案営業のご経験

9:30~18:30(実働7.5時間/休憩1.5時間)
