Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT professional to develop a next-generation monitoring system, improve productivity, and promote business automation in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Rakuten Securities, Inc. is a leading online broker in Japan, with over 10 million general securities accounts. The company is expanding its services and seeking a talented individual to join its IT Division, which develops and maintains all systems that provide services, delivering top-level customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing a next-generation monitoring system from scratch, ensuring security and promoting DX by streamlining the operation process and automating monitoring.
- Promoting business automation by proposing improvements in current operational processes, RPA, and automated operational tasks for monitoring operations.
- Building upon automation efforts relating to AI.
- Operating and maintaining services for stable system operation.
- Coordinating with related departments when an incident occurs.
- IT Service Management (ITSM) operations in financial systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Using ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) to improve operations.
- Building an automated monitoring system from scratch.
- APM operation and management.
- Server or network automation.
- Implementation in operational monitoring on 24/365 systems or in financial systems.
- RPA for financial system operation.
Desirable qualifications include experience or knowledge of retail securities business, managing a team as a PM or PL, and experience with server or network automation.
