【職務概要】

建設エンジニアリング(CM、建築設計など)を手掛ける同社にて、発注者と折衝しながら、設備設計者として協力会社のとりまとめ、設計業務をお任せします。

【職務詳細】

◎クライアントの経営事業戦略に基づいた企画立案・推進

◎監理および設計マネジメント(協力会社・設計事務所が作成した実施設計図面の精査)

■案件

◎物流倉庫のリニューアル(設計/施工)

◎食品工場群のコンバージョン(CM/設計/施工)

◎データセンター(設計/CM)

特にデータセンター分野においては、今後も受注が続きます。その他、商業施設・ホテル・研究所等も受注見込があります。

同社では、マネジメント業務を経て再度プレーヤーとして設計に携わりたいベテランの方の採用に力を入れており、多くのシニア社員が活躍しています。

【必須】

◎戸建て/集合住宅を除く建設物における設計監理のご経験(※空調設備もしくは電気設備のいずれか)

【尚可】

◎設備設計一級建築士、もしくは建築設備士

◎設計事務所またはゼネコン設計部でのご経験

◎データセンターの設計に関わるご経験

◎電気・機械設備 両方の設計のご経験

■モデル年収:

60代(管理職/エキスパート):年収850万円(月給+賞与)

【給与】

年収:700万~1000万程度

月給制:月額350000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回 ( 昨年実績: 6月・12月※計5ヶ月想定)

昇給:年1回(4月)

各線「大手町」駅徒歩5分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(コアタイム:11:00~15:00)標準的な勤務時間帯:09:30 ~ 18:00
