【仕事内容】

【職務概要】

教育施設や官庁、先端企業など様々な設計を手掛ける同社にて、設備設計業務を担当していただきます。

【職務詳細】

・設備設計業務

※ご経験や適性に合わせて案件を担当いただきます。

・1つの物件1~2年ほどをかけて設計を行います。

同時に2~3案件くらいを持って業務を担当いただきます。

入社後、まずは簡単な業務から担当し、同社での業務の流れを理解していただきます。

将来的に5名~10名ほどのメンバーマネジメントをお任せしながら、プロジェクトの遂行していただきます。

【必須】

・ゼネコン等での設備設計業務などの経験が5年以上ある方

【尚可】

一級または二級建築士の資格をお持ちの方

【給与】

年収:600万~800万程度

月給制:月額420000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年2回(7月、12月)

昇給:年1回(4月)

東京都大田区蒲田 蒲田朝日ビル4F

JR京浜東北線「蒲田」駅より徒歩3分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし

【勤務時間】

フレックスタイム制(実働8時間)※コアタイム:9時00分~18時00分

【雇用・契約形態】

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(1ヶ月)
