担当施設の設備設計(機械)を担当いただきます。

・建築設計担当との打ち合わせ

・設計事務所との打ち合わせ

・基本計画の作成

・基本設計

<詳細>

・担当施設はマンション、オフィスビル、商業施設、物流倉庫施設、医療福祉施設です。

・請負形態は元請工事です。

・設計内容は新設工事が中心で、リニューアル工事も一部ございます。

・残業時間は全社平均23時間/月です。

■ 備考

・試用期間中の条件変更はございません。

・賞与は年2回(7月、12月)です。

・休日出勤が発生した場合は代休を取得いただくなど、週休2日を実現できるように労働環境の実現へ会社として取り組んでいます。

・定年は60歳(再雇用制度:65歳まで)です。

・有給休暇の年平均取得日数は11日です。

・平均勤続勤務年数は17年です。

国内においては東京国際空港(羽田空港)、レインボーブリッジ、神戸港ポートアイランド、広島市新球場、ヨドバシ梅田タワー、国立国会図書館(関西館)などの施工実績をお持ちです。またスエズ運河改修工事、チュアス埋立工事(シンガポール/世界最大規模である埋立地の敷設工事)、エスプラネードシアターズ・オン・ザ・ベイ(シンガポール/国際劇場の建設工事)高速鉄道825工区トンネル工事(香港の高速鉄道のトンネルの建設工事)など海外の大型工事も手がけています。
