・戸建て住宅の足場工事(組立・解体)

・太陽光パネル・蓄電池設置工事の足場作業

・資材運搬・現地組み立て

・工事完了後の撤去作業

【入社後の流れ】

最初の3ヶ月は座学・実技を組み合わせた研修を実施。工具や鉄骨資材の名称・役割・使い方からしっかり教えます。現場では先輩がマンツーマンで指導し、気を付ける点や効率的なやり方のノウハウを伝授。独り立ちまでは半年~1年ほどを想定しています。

【チーム作業で安心】

3~4名のチームで戸建て住宅を担当。住まいのカタチに応じて足場の組み方も変わりますが、チームの皆と丁寧に作業を進められます。

【収入面の安定性】

個人の成果に関係なく賞与は毎年3回支給。基本的に年間で基本給の3ヶ月分という支給金額が下がることはないため、安定した収入を得られます。

9:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩2時間)

※工事内容によって、1時間以上の休憩時間を設けることもございます。

固定残業代あり:月給¥300,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥52,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
