A Tokyo-based SaaS startup is expanding globally and preparing for IPO. With a newly established U.S. subsidiary and rapid growth in demand, the company is seeking a CFO candidate to lead financial strategy and operations.
Your new role
- Drive financial strategy, capital policy, and risk management
- Lead fundraising, investor relations, and M&A analysis
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation
- Oversee accounting, tax strategy, and internal controls
- Build finance operations and lead team development
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in investment banking
- Strong financial planning and capital strategy skills
- Knowledge of management accounting and budgeting
- Interest in global expansion and regulatory-driven markets
- Self-driven mindset with remote work capability
What you'll get in return

- Annual salary ¥10M-¥20M (negotiable)
