Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process to drive business growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize financial performance and improve overall efficiency.
• Lead the budgeting process and ensure financial goals are met within the set budget constraints.
• Collaborate with external auditors to review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to provide insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Implement financial controls and risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role with a strong understanding of financial processes and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to drive informed decisions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
