総務を未経験から始める

幅広いバックオフィス業務を担当します。

【具体的には】

・社内システムへのデータ入力・情報更新

・備品管理(在庫チェック・発注・補充)

・書類作成・押印手配・ファイリング

・来客・電話の一次対応(取次ぎ中心)

・社内イベントや会議準備のサポート

・郵便物の仕分け・社内便対応

・勤怠データの簡単なチェック(フォーマットあり)

2月入社が可能な総務事務です。

定時退社しやすく、未経験でも始めやすい環境が整っています。

9:00〜18:00(休憩60分)

※月末月初は多少忙しくなりますが、定時退社できる日も多めです
