【必須要件】
・戦略策定・チェンジマネジメント・リスクマネジメントのご経験
・プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
・経営層や社内関係者との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
・定性・定量分析に基づく課題解決能力
・学士号(修士号あれば尚可)
・流暢な日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力
