イメージングCROの画像エキスパート職/マネージャー候補

【主な業務内容】

■ イメージングCROオペレーション業務

・画像QC(品質確認):医療機関から提出される画像データの点検・管理

・画像処理:画像整理、補正など各種画像処理対応

・読影会運営:医師による読影会の準備・資料作成・当日運営

・クライアント・医療機関対応:製薬企業や医療機関担当者との調整・折衝

【キャリアパス】

専門的な知識は入社後に習得いただけます。

・入社後約2か月の導入研修で治験関連および業務基礎知識を習得

・社内認定取得後、プロジェクトに配属(先輩社員によるOJTあり)

・継続的なイメージング技術研修やスキルアップ機会を多数提供

・入社2年目頃:小規模プロジェクトのPMを担当

・入社5年目前後:大規模試験のPMを担当し、プロジェクト全体を統括

※個人の習熟度に応じ、柔軟にステップ調整します

臨床試験におけるイメージング業務の運用全般を担当いただきます。

ゆくゆくはプロジェクトマネージャーとしてプロジェクト統括を担っていただく人材を募集しています。

・臨床開発経験3年以上

(CRA、CRC、治験事務局、データマネジメントなど)

【歓迎要件】

・英語力(目安:TOEIC700点相当以上)

・マネジメント経験を有する方

勤務時間・曜日:

【フレックスタイム制】

・コアタイム10:00~15:00

・標準労働時間:7時間30分/日

・休憩:12:00~13:00(1時間)
