【ITエンジニア研修×営業事務】

ITエンジニアの無料研修を受講しながら営業事務として仕事をしていただきます。

【研修について】

入社後は、業務と並行して ITエンジニアの無料研修 を受講

基礎から段階的に学べるカリキュラムのため、IT業界未経験の方でも安心してスタートできる内容です。

  • 研修の特徴

基本無料で受講可能

ITの基礎(ネットワーク・サーバー・PC知識など)から丁寧にレクチャー

実務を見据えた内容で、研修後にエンジニアとして活躍できるレベルまで習得

平均年齢が比較的若いため相談しやすい環境

  • 研修中

初級エンジニアとしての基本スキルを身につける

ヘルプデスク、テクニカルサポート、ITサポート、監視オペレーターなど、

ロースキル工程から現場入りできるレベル を目指します

  • 研修後のキャリア

研修修了後は、希望・適性に応じて ITエンジニアとしてデビュー可能。

営業からエンジニアへとステップアップし、キャリアの幅を広げることができます。

若手が多く活躍しており、平均2~3年でプロジェクトリーダーへ昇格可能

  • 研修後のサポート

定期的な勉強会を開催しどんどんスキルアップ可能(2か月に1程度)

研修完了後も担当者による定期的なヒアリング、フォローあり

手厚いサポートと相談しやすい環境が作られています。

【研修と並行して行う業務内容】

部署により異なる

・複合機関連アプリの営業補佐

・情報通信関係の事務作業

・情報システム運用業務

・管理案件及び案件提起

・公共系NW更改に伴う回線調整

・現地ヒアリング

・不動産向けのデータ処理業務

など適正に応じて配属

営業事務の他、営業、コール業務も同時募集中

【必須条件】

・コミュニケーション能力

・長期的な勤務が可能な方

・基本的なPCスキルをお持ちの方

・ネイティブレベルの日本語を使用可能な方

・勤怠に問題のない方

【優遇条件】

・office施品を使える方

・製品機能を覚え、スクリプト通りにデモンストレーションができる方

・営業や営業事務の経験者

・NW回線(universal one/WVS)

・新設に伴う回線調整知識

・Access、Excelを用いた実務経験

自発帝に質問、確認ができる方

ネットワークおよびサーバーに関する知識
