仕事内容

  • 東京【法人営業/サロン向け美容機器】直行直帰可/年休125日/フルフレックス

【仕事内容】

【概要】

・主力製品「marbb」およびKINUJO製品を組み合わせることにより、理美容サロン向けに、単なる製品販売ではなく、理美容サロンの課題に合わせた提案設計から導入・定着までを一気通貫で支援し、成果創出にこだわる理美容サロン向けソリューションセールスのポジションを募集します。

・2025年11月には、高級美容家電ブランド「KINUJO」を展開する株式会社KINUJOと資本業務提携を締結。資本業務提携直後の拡大フェーズで、共同マーケティング、共同開発製品の市場投入にも携わることができます。

【具体的な業務内容】

・理美容サロン/販売店(理美容ディーラー)への訪問、課題ヒアリング、提案設計、「marbb×KINUJO製品」の導入提案

・KINUJO製品を含めた提案による、理美容サロン向けの包括的ソリューションセールス

(施術価値・生産性・顧客体験・店販強化などの観点で提案を構築)

・既存顧客、既存取引先への深耕営業

(導入後の活用提案、追加提案、アップセル/クロスセルの推進)

・販売店(理美容ディーラー)との協業による販促支援

(勉強会、提案同行、提案資料整備など)

・導入後のフォロー、定着支援

(社内の技術/CS部門と連携し、活用度向上・成功事例化を推進)

・「marbb×KINUJO」の提携シナジーを活かした新サービス/新たな提案パッケージ拡大に向けた、現場ニーズ収集・企画へのフィードバック

(拡大フェーズの仕組みづくりにも関与)

・受注~納品:外注業者の手配を含む/メンテナンス対応

・営業管理:システムへの入力など/他部門との連携

※約20kgの商材(marbb)を理美容サロンへ運ぶ機会もあります。

【働き方】

・オフィスへ出社するのは、機材や資料を取りに行くタイミングなどで、基本的には客先訪問と直行直帰の営業スタイルです。フルフレックスも活用しながら、自由な働き方ができます。

・毎月数回の出張があります。頻度は月によって異なりますが、出張可能な方を歓迎します。

marbbとは、驚くべき洗浄力、ドライ時間の短縮、トリートメントやカラーの浸透サポートを実感いただけるナノバブル発生システムです。

美容業界での認知度は高く、お客様から多くのお問い合わせをいただいています。

【年収・給与】

450万円~1000万円 ※提示年収は、今までのご経験や選考の中でのご評価によって決定いたします。最低年収を下回る可能性もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

入社直後は座学での研修からスタートし、徐々に現場のお仕事に慣れていっていただきます。

もちろん最初の現場へは先輩社員が一緒に同行し、分からない事も親身になって教えてくれる環境です。

9:00~18:00/※8時間

【休日休暇】

土曜日,日曜日,祝日/週休2日制(休日は土日祝日)

年間有給休暇10日~20日(下限日数は、入社半年経過後の付与日数となります)

土日祝/夏季休暇/年末年始休暇

お客様都合により休日出勤有り(代休取得可)

事業内容 株式会社マイクロバブル・ジャパンは、東京都渋谷区に拠点を置く会社です。

同社の主な事業は、マイクロナノバブルという非常に小さな気泡を含んだ水を生成する装置、marbb(マーブ)の開発と販売です。

この装置は、もともと農作物に使われていた大きなものを小型化し、美容サロンで使えるようにしたものです。

marbbは従来の機器よりも小サイズ化かつ低コストが魅力の商品となっており、

美容サロンをはじめとしてペットサロンや海外での導入も増加しています。
