【職務内容】
営業チームのマネージャーおよびメンバーと協力し、
AWS・GCP・Azureなどの海外クラウドから
国内クラウドまでマルチクラウドを活用した
システムの設計/構築や運用保守、
リセール・付随するサービスに関する営業活動をお任せします。
新規顧客向けのリード獲得・リード獲得後の提案活動から既存顧客のリテンションまでお願いします。
※なお、BtoBでのインバウンドセールスやアウトバンドセールスの枠にこだわらず、リード獲得のためにチームメンバーを牽引し、Webマーケ担当との連携を強化しながら成果を出していただきます。
【具体的には】
営業戦略・営業計画の立案、実行をマネージャーと共に実施いただきます。
・営業戦略KGI/KPIの設計および実行
・KPI達成に向けたアクションプランの設定、改善
・新規営業プラン策定・営業予実管理
・営業戦略に基づいた社内制度改定の立案、実行をマネージャーと共に実施いただきます。
・営業戦略の仕組み化の計画、立案、実行をマネージャーと共に実施いただきます。
・複数の事業部を跨いだ横断業務
【求める人材】
【必須】
・営業戦略KGI/KPIの設計および実行のご経験
・KPI達成に向けたアクションプランの設定、改善のご経験
・新規営業プラン策定・営業予実管理のご経験
・AWSなどクラウドの学習意欲があること
【歓迎】
・SI/スタートアップ/クラウドインテグレーター事業/MSP事業/クラウドサービスの代理販売などの実務経験があり、一定の営業成果を収めていること
【給与】
年収650~800万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
