候補者との面談や選考調整を通じて、クライアント企業の採用成功に貢献してください。

【 報酬実績(リアルデータ)】

※時給3,750円の場合

・月20時間稼働:月収75,000円

・月40時間稼働:月収150,000円

・月60時間稼働:月収225,000円

・月80時間稼働:月収300,000円

※プロジェクトでの評価によって、契約更新時に単価UPした実績も多数あります



【 具体的な業務】

・応募者への初回対応・面談日程の調整

・オンラインでのカジュアル面談の実施(30〜45分/回)

・採用管理システム(ATS)での候補者進捗管理

・エージェントへの推薦依頼・選考結果のフィードバック

・週1回の定例MTGへの参加・報告

09:30 Slackで当日の面談スケジュールを確認

10:30 候補者とのカジュアル面談(30〜45分)

11:30 面談記録の入力・次回アクションの設定

求める人材:

<応募資格>

・人材紹介会社でのRA/CA経験、または事業会社での採用人事経験(1年以上)

・平日日中にチャット等での連絡対応が可能な方

・複数企業の採用支援を並行して担当した経験

・ダイレクトリクルーティング(ビズリーチ等)の運用経験

・フリーランス・副業としての業務委託経験

勤務時間・曜日:

完全フルリモート◎

仕事時間はご自身で選択可能です◎

※日中に顧客との商談やインナーMTGが入ります

休暇・休日:

仕事時間はご自身で調整可能です◎

※クライアント定例(週1回程度)や、日中の面談対応やチャット連携が必要です。

休暇・休日・仕事量はご自身で調整できます(原則土日祝休み)
